· Disable or Close all anti-spywareanti-malware antivirus real-time protectionwhich may affect ComboFix.
· Download the latest official version of ComboFix (4mb) save to you desktop
· Close all programs of you computer
· Double click ComboFix.exe on you desktop
· When ComboFix finishedit will create logs for you.
