Polish developer Techland Softwares FIM Speedway Grand Prix is based on the European Speedway Grand Prix (SGP) circuit and features 500cc motocross bikes, ten venues, and 22 real life riders from around the globe. Showcasing the action on the various tracks is the Chrome game engine, which features 3D acceleration and realistic physics. Rules are based on actual SGP competition, and require riders to participate in a series of heats at each venue. Players can earn points and money bonuses, to improve their machines with advanced equipment or spare parts.

Featured replicated tracks and arenas include venues in Norway, England, Slovenia, Sweden, The Czech Republic, Scandinavia, Denmark, Australia, and Poland. Riders include Greg Hancock and Billy Hamill from the United States, top racer Tony Rickardsson along with three others from Sweden, four each from England and Poland, three from Australia, and one each from Malta, Denmark, The Czech Republic, Norway, and Slovenia.
